Top Drawer Lingerie

Top Drawer Lingerie is a local, upscale lingerie boutique located in Houston's high-end shopping center, Uptown Park. For this project we partnered with Top Drawer's developer to improve and ease the online shopping experience of their e-commerce website and elevate their online presence.

As the designer of the project, my personal goal was to provide the client with an e-commerce shopping experience that matched that of the top online clothing websites. While going through the UI/UX design process we helped establish hierarchy to the product catalog that better fit the e-commerce shopping experience. We also helped to implement new features, including designing the interface for their custom web app that helped their shoppers determine their correct bra size online. We also conducted user testing to find out how the target audience interacted with the user interface. The biggest thing we learned through user testing is the importance of the quality of the photos to the users. In response to that feedback we partnered with a local photographer to improve the quality of the photos presented on the website.
